Activate the power of your data warehouse with new Fivetran Activations
The real power of data comes when it’s not just analyzed — but when it’s acted on. That’s why we’re introducing Fivetran Activations, a new capability that brings your warehouse data directly into the tools — marketing platforms, CRMs, support portals, and more — where your teams work every day. Activations help teams personalize marketing, do better sales outreach, communicate better with customers, and more. Read more about Fivetran Activations here.

New standard connectors and improvements
Set up any new connector and enjoy a free historical sync along with a 14-day connector trial to explore its full capabilities. Connectors in private preview are completely free to use while in this release stage. We also highlight some critical improvements made to connectors.
- Simplify access management across Microsoft systems: Microsoft Entra ID authentication is now supported for Azure Blob, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations connectors. Standardize authentication across Microsoft systems using scoped Service Principals to enable least-privilege access and simplify governance.
- Sync unstructured files from Email and Dropbox connectors: Reliably sync unstructured files of any format to supported destinations using integrated object storage. Learn more here.
- Scale faster with dynamic table creation for S3, SFTP, and Azure Blob Storage connectors: Configure a single file pattern to automatically detect new data and create tables as it arrives. This eliminates repetitive configuration and scales effortlessly to thousands of tables. Learn more here and watch a demo.
- Unstructured File sync for Salesforce — now in beta: Replicate Salesforce files alongside your structured CRM data so you can analyze without building custom extraction pipelines. What this enables:
- Bring Salesforce files into your destination for governance, discovery, and downstream processing
- Extract fields from files (using ai_extract or ai_parse_document) and join them with Salesforce objects for richer reporting and analytics
- Power unstructured workflows like search, classification, enrichment, and RAG on top of Salesforce files. Learn more here and watch a demo.
- Epic Clarity (GA)
- Amazon DSP (GA)
- Databricks Database (GA)
